SEASONAL PITCHES

Available pitches for the remainder of 2024 season and 2025, please enquire for a viewing

Come and go whenever you want without the hassle of towing your caravan.

Our seasonal pitches offer a hedged boundary giving a degree of privacy with plenty of space for caravans or motorhomes of all sizes and have access to a fresh water tap.

FULL SEASONAL - Stay on your pitch from 1st April - 31st October*

WINTER SEASONAL - Stay on your pitch from 1st Nov - 31st March* our toilet & shower facilities will be closed during this period so you will need your own to be in use.

PART SEASONAL - Stay on your pitch from 1st April - mid July*, then again from early September - 31st October*. When you van comes off pitch for the school summer holidays you can store it with us for an additional cost or take it home with you (Part seasonal ‘off pitch’ dates vary depending on school summer holiday and August bank holiday dates but vans always come off pitch for 7 weeks).

2025 PRICES:

Full seasonal pitch price = £2,360

Part seasonal pitch price = £1,480

Winter seasonal = £1,000 

 

Pitch price include 2 named persons, awning, car, 2 pets and 400 units of electricity for full seasonal pitches and 300 for part seasonals. Winter seasonal does not include electric this is charged per usage used.

Extra persons aged 2 years and over £70.

Winter storage available for everyone from £220 - your van will be stored on your pitch.

Summer storage available for our part seasonal pitch holders £130.
